Paul & Sandy Pinkerton are the founders of Gail-Neilson Facilitators Inc. They have been facilitating adoptions from Vietnam since 1997. They are happy to say that during those years they have facilitated 352 adoptions and have personally escorted each and every one of those families on their journey to Vietnam. Our groups ranged in size from 2 - to - 16 families.

In, 1967 - 1968, Paul served in Vietnam as did many others. He found peace with himself and the war in 1990, when he returned to Vietnam for a month long stay. Since then he has enjoyed traveling many times to work on veterans issues, aid work, escorting other vets, and adoptions. Paul & Sandy have personally adopted 3 beautiful children from Vietnam, and that has helped to heal his spirit as well.

As adoptions from Vietnam remain on hold to Americans, we have started a new program in Nepal. This program is a little different than Vietnam, but it may be just right for you.
